A light coating of flour and pan fried in a little olive oil and a lump of butter, a few new potatoes and some healthy seasonal organic greens from the McNally Farm and happy days. I could eat it all day but the kids would give out! One of our boats fishes mainly Ray Fish and as a result they catch other flat fish and Plaice is one of them so it means we can source Irish Plaice Fillets.
