Seafood Mix, Cubed (500g)

Well I could talk about this all day but I won’t, well maybe I will. What is seafood mix, it comes in so many disguises and I mean disguises. We make it fresh on our Farmers Market Stall so that people can see the fish skinned and cubed, this is how we do it online also.

We will put only fresh fish and all wild with the exception of the Salmon which will be the Irish Organic Salmon. Love a good Fish Pie, my Dads favorite and he was a Fish Auctioneer for almost 50 years in the Dublin Fish Market. I have to say that my mother does make a dam good fish pie but she also worked in the fish market for my granny and guess what, i never tasted my grannies fish pie but I'm sure Paddy Power wouldn't give goods odds on it. You can use the mix for a Chowder, Curry or even dust them in some seasoned flower and toss them in a pan with butter for a few minutes and into a wrap with some mayo, capers and a few salad leaves. Folding the wrap will be the hardest part!
