Smoked Irish Organic Salmon - Sliced (250g & 500g)

Smoked Irish Organic Salmon sliced. So here I go on another story but stick with me on this one. We are keeping to our principles here and only using Irish Organic Salmon and reducing the road miles by having it smoked in Dublin and after all its a mighty fine city. What's the gain in sending it all the way to the south, west or north coast to get it smoked and back again when it can be done on our door step. Smoking salmon is very basic and we did it ourselves for about 40 years in our old factory on Hendrick street beside smithfield but when we moved factory we wanted to concentrate on our trawlers so we gave up smoking, nothing to do with the smoking ban! 3 ingridents, salmon, salt and smoke now even my kids could get the hang of it after a few goes. The important ingredients are the quality of the salmon and time. So we give Irish Organic Salmon to a Dublin Smokehouse and they do the rest very well. So I hope you enjoy it and because it does not have an expensive brand label on it, means we can charge you less so that's good and we have saved on a lot of carbon footprint.
